Who are Ian and Lara Pugh?

We are a husband and wife team that has been operating as Blue Apple since 2003. Lara is a graphic designer and I am a writer/editor/proofreader. In that time, Lara has designed hundreds of brochures, manuals, reports and leaflets for organisations all around the world, and I have written, edited and proofed many reports, publications and books.

We decided a long time ago that we wanted our work to mean something, which is why we like to concentrate, wherever possible, on what we call “projects with purpose”. Most of our clients are NGOs, not-for-profits and charity organisations and we have always thought that World Vision is the perfect fit for us.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and the strong working relationships we have developed with our clients over the years, with close attention to detail and a reliable, friendly service. Our clients are spread over almost every continent so we are very comfortable working remotely (i.e. via email and Skype).

We work hard and we think you will find our charges very reasonable. For us, working on Projects with Purpose is about a whole lot more than just making money.
